Candidate profile:
- An entrepreneurial spirit capable of carrying out transformation projects focused on commercial performance, operational excellence, technological innovation and continuous improvement,
- Strong leadership, real ability to influence, and a proven experience in managing operational teams and support functions,
- A strategic vision and an ability to structure the entity's internal operations, in order to strengthen profitability (processes, tools, organization, etc.),
- Commercial management and customer focus, combined with solid operational experience and demonstrated ability to manage a profit center,
- Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with high-level client contacts, as well as to influence and mobilize a demanding network of clients and public and private partners,
- Operational and on the front line with management by example to which are added recognized qualities of management, agility, and influence.
